This can vary a lot, most of the time, every 2 to 4 weeks is
ample, and tracking information only alters slightly over this
amount of time due to atmospheric drag and solar wind.
However, objects like the space shuttle sometimes need
updating once a day, as thrusters are fired they render your
keps invalid, so positions are sometimes 1000s of miles off.
Please do not update your keps more than once a day,
chances are they won't have been updated, also, the site it
gets the data from is a free access site, but if
everyone "hammers" the site, they may shut down, and you'll
have to get your keps from elsewhere.
